Christmas Returns Policy
Due to the COVID pandemic, we know that many of our customers will be preparing for Christmas earlier this year. For any orders placed between 1st October and 25th December 2020, we will gladly process a return on any items in these orders until Friday 29th January 2021. Items must not have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way, and must be 'as sold'.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering extended 90 day returns to all of our online customers for orders placed before 09/06/2020.
Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase and subject to the following conditions:
- Returned items must not be worn, soiled or damaged in any way, and must be 'as sold'.
- You do not need to contact us to notify us of your return unless the item is faulty or is outside of our 90-day policy.
- Goods must be packaged securely to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
- The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until our courier is in receipt of the goods.
- All returns must be sent using the return form included with your item(s).
We hope that you like the items you have ordered. However, if they do not meet your requirements, please read our information on returns. If you have any questions, please contact us using the methods below.
- Goods can be returned or exchanged for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
- Returned items must not be worn, soiled or damaged and must be in the same condition as when they were sold.
- You do not have to inform us about your return, unless the item is faulty or the return period of 14 days has already passed.
- Please fill out the return form enclosed with your items and enclose it with your return. The goods must be packed securely to ensure that they are not damaged during transport.
- The responsibility and liability for the goods remains with you until we have received the goods.
- We recommend that you send it back by registered mail.
- The return of goods is at your expense.
- In the case of an exchange of goods, no delivery fee will be charged for your new order. The refund will be credited to your credit card after the returned items have been received, provided they are in good condition.
- If you want to return an item to us, please use the return form attached to the delivery. Alternatively, you can make your return using a method of your choice at your own expense.
